Shipping Time
We work diligently to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. However, in rare cases, delays may occur.

Processing Time
All orders require 2 days for processing before they are shipped.

Within the US

  • Printed products: Typically arrive within 7 days (including processing time).
  • Embroidered products: Arrive within 1-2 weeks (including processing time).
  • Free shipping: Available for orders over $100.

Outside the US

  • Printed products: Usually arrive within 1-2 weeks (including processing time).
  • Embroidered products: Arrive within 2-3 weeks (including processing time).

Once your order has been produced and is ready for pickup by the shipping carrier, you will receive a tracking number via email. This allows you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Important: If your order includes both printed and embroidered products, they will be shipped separately. You will receive two tracking numbers, and the packages may arrive at different times.


Wrong Address or Address Changes
Please double-check your shipping details before finalizing your order.
If you accidentally enter the wrong address or need to make changes, contact us within 12 hours via Instagram @teesoffun for assistance.
If your package has already been shipped, we cannot modify the address, and you will need to reach out to the shipping carrier directly.


Returns & Defective Items
As all our products are made-to-order and customized to your preferences, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except in cases where the error is on our part.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

  • Report the issue within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  • Contact us via Instagram @teesoffun and provide clear images showing the defect.
  • We will review the issue and offer appropriate compensation.

Delayed or Lost Orders
If your order is delayed or lost, we recommend taking the following steps:
✅ Check with neighbors or family members to see if they received the package on your behalf.
✅ Review CCTV footage to verify delivery or detect any unusual activity.
✅ Visit your nearest post office and inquire about the package’s status.
